1v1 Against Rocky

Hello my friends. This is my last blog ever sorry to say. What a way to finish off with a bang then play one of my mates from school in a private match with a 1v1 snipe off.

The contender was Rocky Ruiz. I'm sure you all know who he is as he is posting the same blogs as I am about the game and how it is played and all the variation about it.

The map we chose was rust, a small desert map that is perfect for the atmosphere. It was difficult to invite rocky into my party so we got a friend to host while he watched and his clan name was SP_93. Rocky felt confident and I was ready for some fun.

How the game works is that the host choose a game mode of free for all with only two players facing off. The score limit is 30 which equals to 1500 points and the health is put on minisule which means one shot kills every time. The map radar is put on and killsteaks are removed. Its all about skill.

It started off with a bang..... literally, I got the first kill followed by the 15 other first kills. Rocky made his first kill when I was up on 15 and he was on zero. It then started to get really awesome from there. My kills were getting amazing, and Rocky was getting frustrated ha ha.

The score check was 25 to 4. Me in the lead and Rocky desperately chasing a kill. He said it would be so funny if he dramatically turned the score around and started owning me, but that was highly unlikely. The highlights of the match were from kills 20 to 30. In one of my kills I attempted the unthinkable that I have never achieved before.... the 720. As Rocky was running at me I spun around two times making a equivalent 720 spin and then a crisp clean shot to Rocky's chest. It was amazing, the first attempt and I got it straight away.

For the last kill i got it in the first attempt as well. It made Rocky 'The Contender' hide inside a box and to make sure he never came out again... joking. But it was really cool. In the map Rust there is a big ramp leading to the top of the building. As i was running up the ramp there was bullet shots flying past me left and right. So as I was running I knew Rocky was to my left behind me about 10 metres away. I jumped off the ramp at half way and 360 spun shot to Rocky's body. The applause was silent but all I could hear was Rocky saying that its bull dust and SP_93 calling me a freak.

It was a great way to finish of my blogging with this post about having a little bit of fun with the game I like to play on PS3.

Keep safe until next time ;)

Call Of Duty Black Ops Prestige Edition Trailer (RC - CAR)

Just a little something you get when you order the Prestige Edition of Call of Duty: Black Ops

Headquarters

Finally! we have made it to the last game mode. Its been a long ride from day one with some good kills, amazing streaks and awesome game play.

This last game mode that I think is a fun one to play to get some good game time on the field and some good kills if you play it properly is called headquarters.

There are two types of Headquarters, there is Headquarters Pro and just normal Headquarters. The difference is that in Pro you don't use a map and you have a very short health and also you do not have the advantage of cross hairs.

The game is worked out like this:  There are two teams of 6, a capturing site is based out randomly on the map and both teams are required to capture and hold it for as long as possible. Once a team captures it they only have one life until the enemy destroys the site. Once it is destroyed the team that has caught the site are then re spawned and a new site is placed randomly on the map again. If a team captures the site, they gain +10 every ten seconds. The score limit is 250 points, this is what the teams must aim to achieve in the unlimited time of play.

This game mode is relatively fun and can be a game mode that requires help from your team when they are spectating you if you have died while you have captured the site.

The class I use are two class  and may be very different to the other classes that I have been using before. The first class i use is the ACR class, with the primary ACR and attachment of the holographic sight with the secondary of the G18. My perks are the same as I have used in every thing else.

Now for the second class I like to use is fun for me and I'm sure it would be for every one else. It is a challenge and requires some skill of being sneaky. My primary weapon in this class is the Riot Shield which gives the player a full protection of there front body and deflects bullets and grenades when being targeted at. My secondary weapon is a launcher itself. It is the almighty Javelin. The javelin is a rocket launcher that repels its rocket high into the air after setting a primary location to set to kill. This can be very dangerous for the players who are just res pawning mwaahaha. I have obtained a multi kill with this equipment before and yes it did make me go numb. The perks I use while using this second class is Danger Close Pro which gives the player the advantage of having more explosive damage and also extra air support damage. The second perk I like to use is Scavenger Pro which gives the player the advantage to resupply from dead enemy's and also extra magazine's. The last perk I like to use is Commando Pro which I have used in all my other classes when using the assault rifle.

The last game mode to play and what a way to finish it off by accomplishing the objective of gaining the top score 10 times in each game mode.

I hope that all the blogs I have posted about the game modes have been very helpful to you all.

Sabotage

Hello there gamers and readers.
Its been a successful two weeks so far, my eyes are tired, my hands are and thumbs and numb and my head is sore but I'm getting there.

The game mode that i dislike the most because i think that it is over ruled with campers, noobs and just boosting idiots is Sabotage. This game annoys the heck out of me. Reason number one is because when you die you have to wait 10 seconds to re spawn and that can be annoying when you know you can spawn kill someone. Reason number two is because the time limit on the game is to long and people may leave the game therefore if to many people left it would end with the game timing out or a instant win because of the enemy team forfeiting which I think is not fair at all. For the final reason is just because of people who would noob tube and camp and hard scope like little wimps.
The game is set up like this: Two teams of 6 with both the same objective to destroy the one and only bomb site in the middle of the map. There is only one bomb that every player must aim to catch and grab it so there fore you are in possession of the bomb. This game mode is sort of like a game of footy where there is one bomb and two teams trying to plant and destroy. If you are shot and killed you have to wait a maximum of 10 seconds to re spawn and play again.

Kill streaks are hard to get on this game mode because this mode requires a slow pace to play which means you have to watch every corner you go around, crouch and slowly walk and play as a smart marine or a smart Spaatz Netz.

The class I set up to play this game mode is a silent class. My primary is the ACR with silencer attachment, my secondary is the G18 machine pistol with FMJ for deeper bullet penetration so mean i can shoot through walls. My main perks are sleight of hand pro, commando pro and stopping power pro just like any other class.

This game mode realy did test me with my patience to wait when I died and to respawn but as soon as I was going to give up I achieved my score of being the top player 10 times with the best score.

I have one more game mode to complete and then my challenge will be over and done.

Cant wait to finish :)

Domination

Well whats going on ?
Lets recap on what gaming modes i have been playing. First there was Team Death match which is a 6 on 6 war zone, next there was Free for All which is a straight up death match between 8 players, after around 1000 kills later there was Demolition and Search and Destroy which similarly had the same objective, to plant, get out and wait for the big boom.

This next game mode would have to be one of my most favorites besides Demolition. The game mode is called Domination and the name tells it for itself. Dominate and capture.

The game is set up with three stationary flags that must be captured and held as a team. The three flags are Alpha, Bravo and Charlie or mostly known as A,B and C.

It works like this, for every flag you capture and hold you gain 2 points every 10 seconds, if your team has caught 2 flags you gain 4 points every 10 seconds and if all flags are captured you gain a maximum of 6 points per 10 seconds. The goal to reach to win the game is 201 points, there is no time limit or kill limit and there are neither extended rounds.

The class I have set up is very accurate and sharp. It is very similar to the Famas class as it shoots the same 3 round burst. My primary gun is the M16 assault rifle, it delivers a very accurate and deadly shot from the gunner to the enemy. I use the holographic sight on the gun to give me a more precise shot. My secondary gun is the noob tubing RPG aha. I'm using this for the fun of it, I know that it is the cheap way to get kills but hey I have been noobed the whole time since I have been playing Call of Duty and its time that I get the chance to make other people angry aha.

My perk selection is like any other I have been using in my classes. Stopping power pro, sleight of hand pro and commando pro. The reason why I tend to use these perks so much is because they don't give the player any benefit to shoot down enemy harriers, chopper gunners or AC-130's, I believe that these perks are the pro way on how to play Call of Duty.

This game mode was easy to get the top score because all you had to do was keep capturing flags instead of gaining more kills. When capturing a flag you gain more points then you do a kills for your self to level up. I did achieve the top score 10 times and I enjoyed it very much.

Call of Duty: Black Ops - Multiplayer Trailer

Hey there this is just the multi player trailer for Black Ops. It looks so good and I cant wait until it comes out.

From watching this video I can see that Treyarch the makers of World at War have changed the kill streaks and the way that the game is played. They have introduced new weapons and for the first time an editing theater system that allows the player to rewind, slow down, change camera angle and capture awesome kills.

In the video there is an RC racing car that is an explosive device, this I think replaces the predator missile in the Modern Warfare 2 version of the kill streak. There seems to also be controllable missile RPG's and also video cameras as a kill streak allowing the player to view an area or room to detect any enemy Intel or infantry.

Treyarch have also changed the look of the red dot from the first few seconds of the video, the red dot has been reshaped to a circular sight and looks more accurate and effective. The main thing that I'm looking forward to in this game is the sniping because of how much I did it in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

The game will lock up Modern Warfare 2 in a treasure box and will never be opened again for the people who are readying up for the Black Ops.

I think I will not play the Campaign first as I did with Modern Warfare 2 and just get straight into the multi player online action with my mates and start to kick some butt. My holidays for when this game is released it set out to be surfing, seeing mates, going out, gym and playing Black Ops aha.

The game is set to release in November but I don't think anyone can wait that long, the multi player full reveal is set to be released the first of September.

1v1

Hey there, last night i had an encounter with some idiot from the Eastern states. He was telling me that i was poo at sniping and we were arguing over the mic.

I told him to add me so that we could sort out the incident and prove who was better at sniping. He added me and invited me to his lobby to play him off in a 1v1 sniping lobby game in a private match. My mates backed me up and watched me fight for the win. In total there was around 6 people watching our game.
It felt good to know that you when your good at something like this you have your mates watching you and trying to do what you know best.

Well the game started off good i was 3 kills up and he was on 1 kill. He snuck in a lot of cheap kills i think because when ever someone accidentally joined he would kill me when you are actually meant to stop playing.

After a few minutes later with some awesome shots the score was on 28 kills to me and 29 to him. He had one more kill to go and me two and the only way to win was to do a 360 shot for the game winning kill. He achieved this and i lost to defeat.

I still had a go at him for being cheeky and threatened that he better watch out if i ever knew who he was aha. But in the long run it was a good game and both of us played it fair and well.

^^^Above is the Intervention on the map rust on a 1v1. This is what it looks like to play 1v1.

I plan to play Rocky on 1v1 for my last blog and we can post about it the next day which i think will be fun to do.

Search & Destroy

Hey there, I have been playing well so far with the game and have been progressing my goal and aim to get the top player 10 ten times in each game mode.

Today's blog is the game mode Search & Destroy. This is probably the hardest game modes in Modern Warfare 2 because it requires all of the above aspects of being a pro player. You have to be quick and think quick and you have to use the right equipment.

The reason why this is the hardest game mode is because you only get 1 life a round, you do not re spawn at all in the same round. How Search & Destroy works is similar to Demolition. There are two teams of 6 and one team attacks and the other defends. With two bomb sites the attackers must grab the only and one bomb on the map and plant it at either bomb site A or B. The attacking team does not have to plant the bomb to win, they can also aim to kill every player on the defending team to win the round or the same goes as the defenders.

The game works in rounds of 4 with no over time. At the end of 3 rounds the teams switch sides and switch what they are doing either attacking or defending.

The type of class i use is either the sniping class for when i feel like i am playing pro or the Famas class. In the Famas class i use the 3 round burst primary assault rifle Famas with the holographic site. My secondary is the Desert Eagle with a tack knife for knifing enemy's quicker and to shoot the Desert Eagle more accurately. My equipment is the Semtex grenade which sticks to any shape or figure in the game and giving off a powerful explosion. The perks I use are a little bit different. The first perk I use is marathon pro. This gives you unlimited sprint and faster climbing. For my second perk I stick to stopping power pro and as my third i slay with commando pro aha.

It was very hard to get the top score 10 times in Search & Destroy but i still pulled it off.

Demolition

OK well i have so far introduced Team Death Match and Free for All which are both a simple objective which is going out on a killing spree trying to get the best score. But when you add in two bomb objectives and one team with every player having a bomb each, then we can play more strategic.

This game mode is known as Demolition. There are two teams of six. One team has to defend and the other has to attack. The players who are attacking all have a bomb each which they must plant at both bomb sites A and B. This game is played in rounds and there are a maximum of two rounds with an extra overtime round if both teams score are equalized. At the end of a round both teams switch sides where they start and what they are doing if they are defending or attacking.

Below is the map layout of STORM showing yourself (The player) as the arrow head and the two bomb sites that you must defend

The class that i use in this specific game mode is a silent class so that players are not able to know where i am when i shoot. The reason i use this class a lot is because i think is adds up to more kills there fore more kill streaks and also a better score. My primary weapon is the AK-47 and secondary the dessert eagle with akimbo. My perks are all the same as before with the AK-47 class.

My most remarkable game was when i got My highest kill/death ratio in this game mode which was 78 kills to 11 deaths. Also to add i have also accomplished the top score 10 times in this game mode. Woohoo.

In conclusion this would have to be my favorite game mode because if you think smart and play smart you can set yourself in a position where the enemy team re spawns without you knowing. Then picking them off one by one with your silencer and moving around like a little Call of Duty legend aha

I hope i have given you readers, gamers and nerds some tips on how to accomplish a great score and a great win in the game mode Demolition.

Free For All

Whats cracking? I have been playing the free for all mode the past few days and has been making me very angry. Free for all is a game mode where it is a straight up all on all shoot up. The score limit is 30 kills so that is 1500 points and the time limit is the same as the team death match time limit which is 9 minutes.

I have changed around my classes a little bit. I have been using the bolt action sniper rifle Intervention as my primary with the attachment FMJ which gives you a more penetrating bullet so that you are able to shoot through thin walls and metal. My secondary is the SPAS-12 pump action shotgun with grip which gives an awesome range of kill and a very power full shell of fire. My equipment that i like to use is the throwing knife because it is a challenge to use and it proves how well you can play the game.

The perks that i use are the nearly same as the AK-47 class which is stopping power pro, sleight of hand pro and steady aim pro. Steady aim pro gives the shooter smaller cross hairs making it easier for the shooter to fire from the hip and making a more accurate shot. While using the pro on this perk you are able to hold longer breathes while hard scoping targets.

This round made me frustrated because there was so many campers around the place and it ticked me off with the amount of people who use "cheat" guns and perks to give them the full advantage of winning the game with out challenging themselves. I did how ever reach my goal of being first with the top score 10 times :)

I hope that i have given the people who are reading this the good advice on how to win a free for all match with a hard class to use.

Just an insight of the game play

Note: This is not me, this is SmokyDRFT :)

Call of Duty: Black Ops

Well hi
After nearly a year of the release Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 the gamers have been waiting for something new as they have become bored with the noob tubing, the hard scoping and the camping. Treyarch the creators of Call of Duty: World at War have created a new masterpiece of destruction that will make gamers have hot and cold sweats when they go to bed. Yep that's right Call of Duty: Black Ops has now been announced and will be released sometime around November of 2010.

The game is set in the years of Vietnam war with awesome new ways to experience the game by flying helicopters to grabbing out ''ye old'' crossbow and pinging off the enemy forces.

The single player mode has been leaked only through YouTube with the single player game play. The trailer shows off its awesome plot of the game and the characters. Gamers Will be able to take on a various number of characters from directing your team to breach in houses and sending signals from AC-130's and also taking foot of killing Spetz Natz.

The multi player mode has not yet been leaked but only a small amount of information has been given that a new way to create classes and there are better dedicated servers to the game.

I think Black Ops will over run Modern Warfare 2 due to the different type of game play in the multi player and the more realism in the way players die.
  ^^^ Taking on the crossbow

Team Death Match

Hey there players, i have started my challenge with the first game mode team death match. This game requires players of 6 on each team and their objective and aim is to kill as many enemies as possible. This requires communication from team mates to tell your players where people are if you die.

The score limit is 7500 and the time limit is nine minutes to achieve that score or it is an automatic win or draw with the score count.

The class i use for this type of game mode is a silent type of class. Using the AK-47 as my primary weapon and with an attachment of the silencer so enemies are not able to pick me up on the radar when i fire. My secondary weapon is the akimbo desert eagles, i use these hand guns because they are effective at close range and they are very powerful in damage.

The perks that i use to my advantage in my class is sleight of hand pro which is reloading fast and quicker aiming down sight which gives me more advantage to beat the player first at shooting or if I'm in situations where i need to reload quicker. I use Stopping power pro which gives me the advantage of making my bullet stronger in power against enemy's and vehicles like helicopters or harriers. The last perk i use is commando pro which gives me the advantage to stab enemy's from a further distance if i feel like i need to, commando pro also gives the player the advantage to fall off heights with no damage.

I have so far been the top player in most of the team death match's i have played. My best overall run was in terminal when i got a overall score of 44 kills and 8 deaths.

Next game mode to come will be free for all.
